Zhao Wei, born in 1974, holds a PhD from the School of Mechanical Engineering at Tsinghua University

Formerly served as the Deputy Director of the Military New Energy Technology Research Institute of the Academy of Military Sciences, and was awarded the honorary title of Three Star Talents in Military Science and Technology Innovation. He has been awarded three second prizes and eight third prizes for military science and technology twice.
