Main products
In the new energy and biopharmaceutical sectors, the company provides complete solvent recycling equipment.
Solvent Recovery 2.0 Equipment Products
Achieves ultra-low emissions of 1 mg/m³, meeting the stringent environmental standards of Europe and the U.S., and features a high degree of integration and easy installation. It can be widely applied in both domestic and international lithium-ion battery industries (including liquid, semi-solid, and all-solid-state batteries) as well as solvent recovery in the biopharmaceutical sector.
Solvent Purification 2.0 Equipment Product
Adopting a miniaturized workshop-level layout, this solution breaks through the limitations of traditional tall towers and enables flexible capacity matching. While reducing energy consumption and labor costs, it helps customers tackle overseas environmental assessment challenges and achieve highly efficient purification of multiple solvents, including NMP.
In the new materials sector for chips, the company has developed several domestically produced alternative materials that serve the packaging and refurbished wafer manufacturing stages.
Cutting fluid additives and laser cutting protective tape
Effectively improves wafer dicing yield and finished-product rate, prevents equipment corrosion, and offers advantages such as a small heat-affected zone, narrow cutting kerf, and environmental friendliness.
Wafer Debonding Agent and CMP Backside Protective Adhesive
Achieving green alternatives and process protection: The film-removal agent can replace traditional triacid mixed etchants, helping to reduce carbon emissions and waste. Meanwhile, the CMP protective adhesive enhances wafer hydrophilicity and prevents back-side contamination, enabling regenerative wafer manufacturers to improve yield and reliability in the polishing and film-removal stages.
Company Competitiveness
In the five years since its establishment, the company has completed more than 80 projects, serving well-known domestic enterprises such as Guoxuan High-Tech, Xinwangda, Geely Automobile, and GAC Group. It has also become a supplier of overseas projects for leading companies like CATL and EVE Energy. Targeting the industry’s current situation—low comprehensive utilization rates of ultra-clean, high-purity chemical waste liquids in China and backwardness in technologies for purifying high-purity organic solvent waste liquids compared to countries like Japan and Germany—the company’s technologies and equipment thus possess clear market value and significant potential for import substitution.
