Job Responsibilities: 1. Independently take charge of product operations within the department, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch. 2. Based on operational goals and the current product status, establish an effective data-tracking mechanism; drive optimization of operational strategies in line with business development needs; and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets. 3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay informed about competitors’ moves, and conduct competitive analysis. 4. Based on the current operational situation, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
